If there any available, you can ask the librarian for training DVDs and CDs that you can borrow or join speech clubs or attend English language lectures that your local library hosts. By attending lectures, you also get to practice listening skills as well as improve on it, since being able to listen attentively is important in holding a conversation in straight English. Reading is also another way for you to learn the English language easily. Reading helps to improve your vocabulary, which in turn is very important in English proficiency, by having a wide vocabulary, you can comfortably hold a conversation in English since you will not be stuttering and looking for words to express your thoughts.
